Embroidery store thread

Hello ladies and gents,

In a thread back last month someone listed that the Embroidery Store had a clearance on thread. Did anyone else get thread from there? I bought one of every color they had in stock.

Here is my question:

I am using one of the varigated threads on top with so-bob in the bobbin and my top thread keeps breaking. I tried loosening the top tension but then I get loops on the top. I am rippppping now. :(

Any clues?

Loops on the top means your bobbin is too loose.

Or your top tension is still too tight. Are you sure you turned it the correct direction ( away from you to loosen) and a full half turn each time between tries.
