smorris Posted December 22, 2006 Report Share Posted December 22, 2006 Hi Lizzie It sounds like the motorised feed isn't pushed far enough on the bracket and so the nut on the other end of the roller isn't far enough inside the roller. Remove the bolt from the roller (standing at the front of the machine its on the left hand side of the table) Loosen the chrome bolt that is under the motorised feed that holds it to the bracket and undo the chain Loosen the set screws on the black collars that have the rubber insert between them Place the large bolt through the holder on the left side of the table and put the large chrome spacer on it - Twist the bolt into the roller as far as it will go Replace the black collar, rubber collar and black collar onto the right hand end of the roller on the flat side of the chrome piece that comes out of the roller. Push the motorised feed on as far as it will go. Tighten the set screws , tighten the chrome bolt underneath Replace the chain. That should work.
