tsurich
So, the last quilt I finished was navy with a dark backing. It was huge and I used navy thread. Todays quilt is of course huge and white top and back. After swiffering, dusting and vacuuming have got the top on the frame. Now to de lint the quilt, lots of multi-color threads that came with it. Patch
Nothing beats a quilt project for swiffering! Good luck keeping it white!!! Patty
CucumberQuilting
Jumping posts here. Patty, which shop is your LQS? There are so many in the Portland/Vancouver area. I have a great quilter friend who just moved to Hillsboro and she really likes the shop close to her.
Patch
Hey! Are you talking to me..... are you talking to me..... are you talking to ME?? They call me ..... uh, what do they call me??? (This is in reference to the page about how many Patty's there are on this board.) Well, I usually refer to A Common Thread in L.O. as my LQS, but I often visit the NW Quilters down in Sherwood or have to go to Joann's for stuff, in Tigard. I love to shop at Mill Ends in Beaverton. There used to be a very nice little shop right here in Tltn, but it closed a couple of years ago and is now a hair place, which stinks. Heheh, in both ways! So I have to agree, there are zillions of fabric stores in this area.
Guest Linda S
That's where all those batting scraps come in handy. They work great with that little swiffer handle. Linda
