AnuGram Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 Anyone had this problem? WHile I am in SR mode, my machine won't move, then when I give it a nudge, it makes a huge stitch. mark Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 Hey Sara, Check the little black rubber wheels on the two black boxes. They should be very "grippy" into the carriage wheel. If they feel slippery, then you need to snug them up by loosening the gold bolt under the carriage wheel and then squeezing the black box and the carriage wheel together, hold it there and retighten the gold bolt. This is a good project to have some extra helping hands. Let us know if that doesn't do the trick. Call in on the 800 tech line and we will get you handled!
