ffq-lar Posted October 4, 2013 Report Share Posted October 4, 2013 I think an issue might be that you have to schedule an appointment and send the head back to Iowa for the change-out. I don't know of anyone curious enough or so unhappy with the stitch quality on their machine to bother to do that. But people who have the M size on a new machine haven't complained as far as I know.
