If you have iPhoto like I do, you go up to "Share" in the toolbar above everything, then in that drop-down you choose "Export". A window will come open with a box that will have "Scale images no larger than:" and two boxes you can put your favorite numbers in (LOL!). I use 300 when I want to show some detail, but 100 is a good size for these pages for other things, I think. Then you click "Export", and it will give you another box where you can rename it if you like (I always do because HPIM0508 means nothing to me, LOL!). Then you choose where the picture is going (I use Desktop for all my pic exchanges, it's easier I think), and hit the "OK" button. Hope this helps. Here's my try with a 100 size pic of my "baby" girl who's 16 after her solo/ensemble competition last Saturday. Hmm... smaller than I thought, but still beautiful, if I may say so.
