quiltingbykc
Hi all, I have a 2014 APQS Millennium with an Intelliquilter. When stitching there is an unsmooth sound of hesitation. On several occasions, in the middle of stitching it stops, jumps and starts stitching in one spot. I've had to quickly hit pause so it doesn't make a hole in the quilt. I'm afraid to step away from the machine. I've sent my logs to Intelliquilter and they found nothing unusual. I've called and emailed Amy a video of it stitching, and gotten no response. Any ideas? RunningThreads
Kathleen I trust you are stitching in manual mode and not regulated. My machine sounds just awful if I try to run the IQ in stitch regulated mode. I have no idea why it would stop and stitch in one place though. quiltingbykc
It sounds like it may be the power supply module. A new one is on the way. Great service, thanks to Dawn and Mike.
