zeke
I went over to a clients house today to check on her machine. She been having some trouble as of late. The problem I found is that when the machine is turned on, Milli 2005, the single stitch cycles to the down position and both horizontal and vertical locks engage. Has anyone had this happen to them. In all years that I have been working on machines I have never seen this. Any clues kids. Zeke....
Beachside Quilter
Yes, Zeke, that happened on my New Gen Millie. Diagnosed with Amy over the phone and ended up replacing cards. Best to get Amy involved!
Tamarack
When I turned my 2008 Millie on it use to turn on both locks and it turned out to be a grounding issue. When I installed my Bliss system I didn't add the grounding wires. Once those were installed the problem stopped.

zeke
Well, it wasn't the grounding issue. Tried everything, star washers on the rear and front handles, replaced two extension cord with a high tech surge protector, still doing it. Have to make another call. This is baffling. Zeke..
