Quilt Path Upgrade

I worked with Grace Co. this week to have them update QP to the newest version.  However, when I went to use my machine today any purchased patterns that I'd downloaded are gone.  Not only that, but when I attempted tried to connect my thumb drive to see if I could reinstall a pattern, my tablet won't recognize it. 

 

Anyone else ran across this problem?
