smorris Posted May 16, 2007 Report Share Posted May 16, 2007 Hi Berny You may not have closed the computer down in the correct sequence last time you used it or not started it up correctly this time. Try pressing a button on the left front mushroom head. Then turn the whole machine off in the order it says on the screen, unplug everything from the power outlet - wait at least three minutes and start up again.
