Tangled Threads Posted May 31, 2019 Report Share Posted May 31, 2019 it seams my QP and Lucy are not in sync. when at the end of the row I punch pull bobbin and it does not go all the way back to the beginning. on the screen it shows it is. also, when I do get the row back, it shows I am out of the safe area, when I know it is in the safe area. I have tightened the cables, checked for thread wrapped around wheels, un plugged and plugged back in cables...I am hoping someone out there has had the same problems and can help me...PLEASE...
