Tom Cooper
APQS will stitch horizontally in manual but not with the stitch regulator activated. I have replaced the stitch regulator but the problem still exists.
jimerickson
Tom: Check to make sure your encoders are working properly. A "tire" may be bad, but more likely the wheel isn't making proper contact with the frame. You might need to increase the spring tension to proved more reliable contact. Good luck. garlic mama
my stitch regulator seems to be cutting out on the curves... it is a millennium model. Any advice? How would I increase the spring tension to provide more reliable contact?
jimerickson
I'm not sure since I don't know what your encoders look like, but I think there is probably a screw that the spring mounts on that you can turn to increase or decrease tire pressure. Good luck. Jim
