Pro-Stitcher Designer

I have an opportunity to purchase Pro-Stitcher Designer.  I have a few questions if anyone out there can help, please?

1)  If I understand correctly it is a digitizing program, correct?

2)  Is it compatible with IQ?

3) If I have a purchased design can I tweek it?  ie add names to the e2e

4) Pro and cons
