Timing Belt Adjustment?

I need to adjust my timing belt on my new Lucey. I broke a needle and she is out of timing. I need to know where the belt adjustment is and what it looks like. I cannot tell from the diagram in the manual.....HAELP!!!

Here is the link to timing your machine.  It is unlikely you have to touch the belt as it rarely jumps a tooth.
