Hi everyone what is the Birthday block exchange?

I haven't heard of that but I am new.

Hey Marcie:

A group of 67 of us joined a block exchange beginning back in December 2006 and used our birthdays as a theme for making blocks for each other. I am the keeper of the spreadsheet which I organized, disbursed to participants, and provided some updates. New enrollment closed about two months ago so that we could finish by December 2007. There are several threads where you can read about the details and see blocks that were given. Just do a search with the words birthday block.

Perhaps someone will start up another one in the future so keep checking or organize it yourself. You might pick another theme so as not to confuse it with this one and perhaps there will be a lot of new folks that would like to participate. Good luck Marcie.
