I went through a bunch of stuff with her and she had me order two new circuit boards, one for the mag wheel and one for the power board. I switched them out this morning and it DID NOT FIX ONE THING!!! I am beyond mad! Lots of wasted time plus $130 not to mention my customers are waiting! I've cleaned and measured my motor brushes; they are fine. Now what? Any suggestions? I really miss Dawn; she always knew what to do! I wonder if Amy is still in the support department, she was another one that seem to be in the know. Have you tried posting in the APQS Facebook group? I hope that you are soon up and running again.
