Quiltinglady63 Posted October 27, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 27, 2007 Talked to Butch for along time yesterday he could not get the cumputer quilter fixed so he gave me the number for dell support called them try to restore but that did not work because he thinks it has crashed.Idid not receive a recovery disk with this computer so now I have to wait for one and it cost me $229.00 dollars for them to help so still no fix maybe when I get the disk that will fix the problem I hope and pray that will fix it.
