Quilting Heidi
Mary Beth, I think I would feel just like you! We had very similar backgrounds with the hugging too. Family is one thing but complete strangers? Not sure how I would handle that. My space...your space is what I\'d probably want to say. bobbi
Oh Good Heavens! I hug everybody! My girlfriends and I never leave each other without a hug! Even many men I know are huggers too! I think it displays affection, compassion, love, and it passes on some positive energy for the day! JUST DO IT! :P:P YOU\'ll enjoy it and you will make someone\'s day! Hugs to all of you! bobbi
By the way, my two 40+ yr old sons not only hug, but still give both their dad and I kisses on the mouth! Just smooches, don\'t get weird on me girls.... My 3 steps are the same.... even though I don\'t see them as much, they\'re good huggers too and always tell me how much they love me! I love it that all l my kids do that... Hugging is a wonderful process... It\'s not really trying to invade your space as much as it is giving you energy and what I said before about compassion, affection, showing you care, etc.
