Jeanette
Can anyone here tell me what the term 'full Gibb' refers to when describing a Hook Assembly? Thanks
Myrna Ficken
Maybe John Mitchell knows. Where did you see the term?

Jeanette
LOL, maybe it is a wrestling term! I have been researching parts and techie stuff and machine repair manuals so I can become more self reliant in repairing or maintaining my machine. I have "the other" machine, not APQs, and am putting together a parts list for myself for reference. The ordering sheet reads "L size" instead of giving part numbers. I just purchased a hook assembly for almost $60 total and then ran across the same hook on the web for much much less(and I now have the actual part number!). I was interested in the description which included the term \'full gibb\'. I am thinking that it is the shield around the hook itself????
