chickenscratch
I have a big (80 x 93) Mexican Star quilt to do. It is red, green, yellow, and black. Does anybody have any suggestions for quilting the triangles. I am planning to do straight lines in the arms of the stars, and SID around the center nine patch. Thanks, Teresa www.chickenscratchquilting.com
Melanie Rouse
What does a Mexican Star look like? Is it similar to a Star of Bethlehem, or a Lone Star?
chickenscratch
Here is a picture of the Mexican Star. Each block is 18" square.
Giftedhands
Stipple or fill stitch in the black. The yellow is diagonal and not fun to have to start/stop. Maybe some terry twists in the red? cw
