I was concerned about our Warranty too because after we bought our Millennium, the Warranty period was extended. I found that all our problems surfaced during the first year of use and then the Millennium just keeps on humming along. Ours has been used almost every day without problems for the past 3 years. So even if the warranty does not carry over to a new owner its not a big deal. The parts that wear out like the pig tails and bushings are cheap enough not to worry about.
