quiltermidwife
Some time ago someone posted a website to an arist who carves quilts out of wood. I wish I\'d kept the address and I can\'t find it in \'search\'. Much as I would like to buy one (they had quite hefty price tags), it\'s for a quilt friend who also does wood carvings. skrat
Chris, I just received in the mail yesterday the catalog from Scroller, LTD. You can buy the patterns to make these yourself. Don\'t know if this interests you or not, but the web address is www.scroller.com
Stagecl
There was a post by Karen McTavish. She had some of her designs carved out of wood. It may be under a post about her tattoos...I can\'t remember the exact post. But I remember the one you are talking about. I\'ll scan and see if I can find it. chickenscratch
His name is Frasier. He does full size quilts out of basswoood, then stains and paints them. The first time I went to Paducah they were on display at MAQS. I thought they were real quilts. Don\'t tell, but I even touched one to be sure.
