izetta
Hi all, I just bought a Grace SA quilting frame and Quilt cad software. What was I thinking? It is together! DH is not darling anymore. I do not know where to begin. First I have to ask do I need a foot? Which one? Barb
Sandra Darlington
I am not familiar with your system, so I can\'t help you directly. My first thoughts are to contact the Grace company and ask for their assistance. Or, if you bought it from a local distributor, call them too. I hope you get your answers. quiltermidwife
Barb I\'m afraid I don\'t know enough about this set up. You might try looking on the Yahoo Group \'Gracemachineframe\' They have tips, advice and questions answered specific to the Grace frame. Good luck. Barb For 3+ years, I used to quilt a lot on my Grace machine frame with my Bernina (lots of quilts) and mostly did freehand designs, not pantos. It was fun and I learned a lot about quilting on a frame, but yes, it doesn\'t give you much space for creativity, but you can do some creative things in small spaces. You definitely need a foot that has a spring in it (hopping foot; darning foot; quilting foot). Drop your feed dogs on your sewing machine and have fun!
