Deann
I have a customer quilt with 16 4 by 6 photos on it, framed and then sashed. I quilted a squiggle line (like old-time photo edges) in the frame and feathers in the sashings. But - the photos sag out when it\'s held up right...lool ok laying flat, but it\'s meant to be a wall hanging I\'d guess. What can I do to batten down the photos? Merryjo2003
Actually, I quilt on the photos! I just meander with a varigated rainbow (\'cause it\'s thin) and quilt into the photo. I try to go around the people and not quilt through them. Sometimes the photos are just too big to leave that much area unquilted. I use a flat batt like (yuck) Warm and Natural or the Hobbs 100% organic cotton. I\'ll see if I can dig up some pics.
