annettequilts Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 The little plastic thingy on my bobbin winder (Millenium) keeps coming off and its ridiculous to put back on...I have to keep snipping little notches in it ... can we buy new plastic thingy's somewhere or is there an alternative?????? You can purchase from APQS, but shipping is rediculous....if they would put in in a normal envelope and mail it US postage it would be fine....but shipping is like $6.00. I'm not one to sit and spend a lot of time trying to get a bobbin to fill evenly, snugly and full... Couldn't get any of those requirements out of the Sidewinder. and it will not wind the Viking Bobbins.. didn't try the Janome, Burnette or Brothers bobbins.. don't want to as the machines are as fast if not faster.
