Reopen the photo in Paint.. and select image, the stretch/skew.. reduce the two top numbers where it say 100 & 100% down to at least 50, on down to 25. THe higher the quality of photo you are taking in the camera the more you have to reduce them. I use a good quality and have to reduce to 45 or 50.. once in a while I need to go smaller. good Luck..
