Horizonal Locks & Turbo Bobbin Winder

Hi Everyone!!

I just completed the set up of my new millie, and very time i turn it on the horizonal lock is on, is there a fix for this???

Also i received the turbo bobbin winder with no directions, I don't want to sound stupid but I can't find a switch, or someting to turn is on, Directions would be appreciated.

Regarding the horizontal locks call Amy at 1-800-426-7233 and she will be able to help you

Regarding the turbin bobin winder once you have the bobbin on just press the metal piece that is to the back of where your bobbin is towards the bobbin and it will take off. It automatically shuts off when the bobbin is full. If you are winding with a slick thread be sure to put the net over your thread.

Thank you very much for the help with the winder, it worked.

I will call Amy tomorrow about the locks and tonight I was practicing along and the machine just quite, I thought i touched a button, so I restarted and it did it again, does it have a bobbin scencer it acted like my Bernena when it is out of bobbin. I hope that this is not something serious.
