Cagey
As a newbie to freemotion quilting, I would like to know what free online quilting videos you have found to be useful. I have found the following links on YouTube a great help to me in improving my skills. Practicing on paper seems to help me learn the designs, and learn how to work in those weird areas that always seem to pop up while quilting. If you could share some links that you believe would be helpful it would be outstanding. Some of my favorites are below. Cagey Jamie Wallen, he has a number of videos her is one of his newest; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoOG-vVMNzs Tracy at whirlsnswirlsquilting; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUE1KpTGVqs Angela Huffman APQS and other links; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-mOyNTdkSI Leah Day; https://www.youtube.com/user/lcvday/videos Patsy Thompson; https://www.youtube.com/user/patsern Karlee Porter; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13ecM0HUk_o Lyn Durban; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkuEx3baTwY
HeidiP
Those are all great resources. You might also check www.apqs and look under resources and product care. Dawn Cavanaugh also has some good YouTube videos. I have also enjoyed some of the Craftsy classes. Full 30 day refund, unlimited internet viewing and handouts. The instructors also will answer any questions you might have.
kkey1030
Matt Sparrow and his wife are APQS dealers in Canada and have a YouTube channel called Sparrow Studioz. They have lots of very helpful videos and make more all the time. They are also very nice people.
