Merryjo2003
This is a convergence quilt done by a quilting instructor. She has never let someone else quilt one of her quilts. I felt both honored and scared to quilt this one. She wanted it to look like water. I used a varigated green on the water stipple. Then I used metalic gold and traced the fish, did the spines in their fins, and outlined the flowers, etc. She really liked it and said it looked exactly as she imagined only better! WHEW!!! jeanros
It is a beautiful quilt, I love the quilting and of course the Koi. I have a pond full of Koi and have been thinking about making some kind of quilt with Koi in it. Jean Mille
