Sallyquilt
I am using So Fine on the top and in the bobbin. Tension is a-ok. What is happening is probably new operator problem, just need that verified by you experts. I am in stitch regulator mode and going along fine but my design has several spots where I make a 90 degree right angle change of direction. Not every time, but occasionally, my thread breaks right at that point after I've changed direction. Could I be moving too fast through that quick change? What's your opinion? Thanks, Sally in frigid and snowing NE Ohio
sspingler
Have you tried turning your needle slightly to the right? Jamie Wallen told me that several years ago and it works. It could also be you are pausing too long at the point.
BethDurand
Also, try loosing the quilt between the rollers ever so slightly. Someone once stated that the machine head should look like a little mole crawling around underneath. Try slowing down on those tight corners too.
