Do you mean the area in the top photo under your bar (tan fabric)? Are there three borders: flowered 2 inch the yellow 5 inch and the green 7 inch. If three borders: the 2 inch flower you won't see to much quilting. Maybe keep it simple with leaves/vines and carry that into the five inch area with leaves and flowers like you've put into the quilt top. Do you have Diana Phillips book - Frameworks? IQ'd Posted March 23, 2009 Author Report Share Posted March 23, 2009 Thanks for the suggestions..I think I will do a loopy meander in the small border, the flowers in the yellow border and double piano keys in the wide outer border-they are a little wavy so that should help.
