Tmaus
I need some help. the stitch length/machine speed needle keeps jumping around when I go to sew. I've been sewing for one and a half hour (about) and I don't know when it started, I just noticed it. Why is it doing that? What do I do to make it stop? I tried turning the machine off and then back on with no luck. Thank you, Tamara
Sheri Butler
I had to readjust my wheels yesterday. It would "rev up" then quit stitching. I think the black rubberish wheel on the encoder wasn't quite doing it's thing, as I noticed my back wheel was tilted away from the table. I think we have to remember, that now and again, we have to re tighten our wheels up just a tad. Makes sense, with all the movement, and any small significant vibration could cause those little buggers to just get out of whack just a tad. smorris
Hi Tamara The solution is going to depend on a few things so it might be best to call Amy and have your machine number handy. Sue in Australia
Tmaus
Thank you. I will have my husband do that tomorrow. I have to work and he is home due to having an adult muscular distophy. He's so good and I'll have him contact AQPS for me. Thank you!!
