dbz98236 Posted August 22, 2009 Report Share Posted August 22, 2009 I was cleaning my machine this morning and found that the front left bottom wheel is broken on the bottom. Like half of the bottom is just sloughing off. What causes this and will it be okay if it is on the bottom side of the wheel. It seems to roll okay. I haven't ever noticed it before, but this has been the 1st real cleaning I have done to it. I have only just been cleaning the bobbin hook area several times but haven't touched the machine since July. I've only done 3 quilts on it and some practice muslin. Any advice would be good. However, it's definitely worth an e-mail or a call to Amy at APQS Service to see if you should change that wheel out soon. Is your machine new or used?
