Catherine50 Posted April 1, 2010 Report Share Posted April 1, 2010 My machine, when first turned on, and also when standing idle, is pulsing. The arm that holds the thread above the tension disc does a small version of what it does when stitching, going up and down, but only a quarter inch or so. Is this a problem with the #8 screw? If you touch the flywheel on the side of the machine it will stop pulsing..so in your case maybe just a warm-up thing.
