LadyLake Posted October 31, 2010 Report Share Posted October 31, 2010 For wall quilts, I use a bottom layer of Quilters Dream or Hobbs 80/20 to provide stability, and a layer of wool on top provides loft to define the quilting. Some customers ask for double wool batts, which are warm and light, but I think they are a little stiff. I've used Quilters Dream Cotton Supreme loft for baby quilts that will likely be used as 'floor play pads.' Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
