barbm Posted February 5, 2011 Report Share Posted February 5, 2011 I'm back again, with another Lenni problem: The encoder that runs along the table (mounted on the carriage) is not running smoothly - the machine stitches side-to-side, but irregularly. Have unplugged and replugged the cable, checked that the encoder wheel is firmly mounted on its shaft and that the wheel is running smoothly along the table edge, but it still happens, often but not always. JustSewSimple Posted February 5, 2011 Report Share Posted February 5, 2011 Be sure the cord that runs under the machine and plugs in the bottom left side is not dragging and that the carriage is not trying to run over it.
