Suzie W.
I am currently piecing a Drunkard's Path quilt for a Graduation present for my daughter. The path is black in the shape of X's and bright colors all around. I think it would look really neat to have some kind of quilting?? following the paths but what to do on all the color pieces? Or should I do an overall pattern? Also what would you suggest in thread color? Thanks for your help!
PattyJo
Suzie, can you post a picture so we can see it? Is it a traditional setting? I have a drunkards path quilt, but the setting is very unconventional, I did an all over on it - kind of like water dripping down the front of it. And then feathers in the outer border. Suzie W.
It is still in many pieces as I am currently piecing it together. My husband and I aren't to good at getting pictures posted but will see what we can do when I get it all pieced.
