cblevins Posted March 21, 2011 Report Share Posted March 21, 2011 A beautiful mini quilt arrived in my mailbox today!! I will try and do pictures tonight. I am so excited, it is just perfect. The maker had no idea that I LOVE horses but my mini has horses on it! It is done in beautiful batiks that will compliment my pale yellow sewing room walls. She also sent along the cutest bag I have ever seen and a length of what looks like barbed wire (plastic) to hang the quilt from. Did I say it was PERFECT and that I am EXCITED? Thank you (Sewhappy) Patricia Weightman, I love it!!!!:) The quilting will be finished on mine tonight and should be ready to mail in a couple of days!! sewhappy Posted March 23, 2011 Report Share Posted March 23, 2011 I am sew happy you like it! The batiks I chose are about as pastelly as I can get without coming out like a baby quilt. LOL. Yes the barb wire is for the hanger-I LOVE that for all my western quilts-I had NO idea you liked horses, I just thought I would send you a bit of Montana.
