sewhappy
We are here in Silverdale & looking for the quilt shop! Want also to go farther north to shop a little - saw one in November close by a ferry terminal as I recall I think it was in Kingston or something any one out there know? donna sco
Poulsbo used to have a great quilt store. Not too far from Silverdale. Pt Townsend also has a quilt store if you are going that far,
Pam.Nagle
Hi, the one by the ferry in Kingston is the Kingston Quilt Shop. Poulsbo has Heirloom Quilts (on Front Street, park in the BIG lot), it's by "That's a some Italian" restaurant. Silverdale has Material Girls Quilt Shop (by Coldstone Creamery across from Albertson's) corner of Mickleberry & Bucklin Hill. They are my favorite. ffq-lar
Hi Patty! Quilted Strait is in Port Gamble--15 miles north of Silverdale and about 5 miles from Kingston. I would love to show you Olympia's great quilt shops when you have time on some visit out here!
sewhappy
Linda- I will hold you to that offer! Went to Material Girls yesterday-spent way too much, looked for the one in Kingston but due to Road Construction we were unable to find it-WWAAAYYY CONFUSING for the out of towner to figure the side streets off the detour route!! Got very frustrated as we don't know the regular route so the detour with the local traffic then the Ferry coming in with THAT traffic we just gave up!! Oh well, we be here often to visit my dght so will get to it eventually!
