Kerryb
I have hit a very thick joint, (was enjoying my design to much didnt check where i was heading)...after that the bobbin sounded like it was rattling. i lost stitch quality. i stopped and removed the bobbin, the case was very warm and the cardboard bobbin has a ring around it on the outside(the side that faces the machine not the bobbin case.) Blew the lint out of the machine and changed the needle. I started again, and blew a fuse....on Millie, not me!! Can anyone offer me any suggestions: Have i thrown the timing out? or other possible options. Help will be gratefully received. thanks KerryB
RoseCity Quilter
No idea. I would phone APQS in the morning. They are fabulous....
Quilting Heidi
Kerry, Rotate the needle manually and see if it is hitting. You may have thrown the timing off.
Primitive1
Then I would try a new bobbin and needle and make sure it is not hitting the bobbin case incorrectly...
Littleshoes
I'm with Vicki. I would change the needle as you've probably bent it.
