PattyC
Yesterday I was going thru some old fabric and noticed a piece of dark blue and black. Pulled it out and it was a landscape of NYC at night. There they were the Twin Towers! The fabric is dated 1993. Now to decide what quilt top pattern I am going to make. Any suggestions? DL Semmens
What a treasure! I'm not sure how I would quilt it, but I know that it would remain mine. Please post a pic when you are finished.

KerriM
I got to thinking when I saw Patty's post that I might have some of the same fabric. And I was right. I had bought it years ago with other patriotic fabric and was going to make a quilt out of it but never got around to it. I might have even bought it after 9/ll because I remember the fabric store had a display with all of the flag fabrics and other red/white/blue fabrics with the NY skyline fabric as well, so it might have been about being patriotic and making a quilt. It is very neat fabric and I hope to use sometime soon. Kerri
Susan Grady
If you do decide to quilt with it The City Quilter has several Manhattan related fabrics you could combine with it. Or, just framing it would be very nice, too. Enjoy.
