Judy was a doll to help me with an order...even though things got a little mixed up with shipping, she was on top of it from the first email. When I have a good experience with an online company, I like to let the world know. TPR has been around much longer than the political party so there's no bias here. Judy took the time, even on Saturday, to track my order and make sure it arrived asap. She went the extra mile to pay attention to this little person and make a happy customer.
