busybee
I have used water soluble and chalk markers for long time. I have marked part of a quilt with chaco marker ( yellow). I tried dusting off and cold damp cloth and had no success. Now I need to get this off as it is a customer quilt. Any ideas? Any help is appreciated. Mary Beth
Nita, I am sorry I cannot help you. I always use the water soluable blue marking pens and Miracle Chalk. I have never used the yellow makers. Good luck to you.
quiltjunkie
Nita, My experiance is never use anything yellow, I had the same thing happen on a white quilt and no matter what I did, including washing, the marking would not come out. I was afraid to use anything after that but the air erasable purple markers seems to do just fine on white. I love the General's Pastel chalk pencils in white and grey as they have an eraser and come out very easy..I get from Columbia River. busybee
Hester I tried some Oxi Clean liquid and used a tooth brush to scrub. Let on for 5-10 minutes and wash off with cold water. Hope this helps someone else with spot problems. Nita
