Last night DeLoa and I were setting up for classes today and we had a bit of a hiccup with a machine. Never fails...I put out a SOS phone call and left a message as it was after hours. Dawn got the message and called us to help us solve the problem. We were Rocking and Rolling in a few minutes and are stitchin' today with 7 students (not including myself) on 8 machines and having a BLAST!!! I have had several such moments and the APQS team is always there to help! I partiuclarly love it when I get to put my phone next to my machine so that they can 'decipher' my problem....
