quiltrn Posted August 23, 2013 Report Share Posted August 23, 2013 Does anyone know off hand if a Hartley Fence extended base and also the micro handles that fit on a 2004 Millie will also fit the new models without any modifications. It does appear that the fence itself won't work. I know, I could just try it, but didn't want to dig it out if it definitely won't work. Thanks. Darlene Epp Posted August 23, 2013 Report Share Posted August 23, 2013 I don't see any reason why the base and micro-drive handles wouldn't work. Some people think the bases wobble too much, but they're usually not reading the instructions that say to remove the "plugs" on the left side of the machine head so the base fits flat against the thread cutter properly. Now, are you talking about the Hartley Fence, or the extended base? If the Fence, you may need an adapter for it. Since Hartley Badger has passed away, I don't know who is supplying the Hartley products anymore. Give APQS a call.
