CJQ
I have been having problems off and on for several months with the thread cutter on my 2007 Millennium. It was sporadic at first but now it's all of the time. It will not do a full swipe when I push the button and sometimes, out of habi, I think it's all the way back and I put my needle down to bring up my bobbin thread it decides to finish the swipe and hits my needle. It makes me want to scream! Has anyone else had this problem? Should I just replace it? Sometimes it won't cut until I do a needle down, needle up first. jmcclannan
I never use my thread cutter since I prefer to pull my bobbin thread to the top. I would call APQS and they will surely know how to fix it.
ThreadWaggle
Have you taken it apart and made sure that there is no lint under the cutting blades? Mine has done that due to lint. There is a good YouTube video on cleaning and adjusting you thread cutter.
