I think CQ is the company that went out of business, I think I had seen somewhere that Dawn said they would try to offer support. Could be wrong! But machine would have any assistance you needed just no support on computer except from other users. If the price is right, I would look at it if I was shopping. Maybe quilters with CQ could have a "support group" for helping each other out. Maybe there is already something out there. If so I would love to know about it. zeke Posted April 5, 2014 Report Share Posted April 5, 2014 Hey Linda. Zeke here. I have a UI with a CQ and love it. Have had it for about 4 years now. Yes, I know that CQ has closed their doors, but I just can't give up on a system I love so much. I could go out and get another system, but this is easy to work on. Yes, part will be few and far between, but I'm a handy guy that doesn't mind making some new parts when old ones go bad or fail. We'll just have to see where laying dogs lie.
