LucyPrairie
Anyone found a good source for their 80/20 batting? I'm not particular about the brand. I hit a deal at a local fabric store at the end of the year and I stocked up, but now I need to buy some more. Any suggestions?
yankiequilter
Lyn Heilman at Quilted Memories in KC. She has Hobbs and I buy retail but I believe she sells wholesale. Great to do business with and always fast shipping. www.quiltedmemoriesllc.com
LucyPrairie
Thanks Lyn for the quick response! I just discovered Marshall Dry Goods out of Arkansas . . . I managed to order Hobbs and even factoring the shipping, it only cost me $4.67 yard. I didn't think I could beat that price so I took it. But I'll get in touch with your friend in KC next go 'round, I appreciate your help.
Gator
I just stumbled onto Marshal Dry Goods, Georgene told me about it. They have fabic including wide backs dirt cheap. I emailed them about wholesale but haven't heard back? Did you email them or call?
dlnewell
If you live in Oklahoma, Trumans Foam and Upholstery carries Hobb's Battings. I can travel there in an hour and save tons on traditional shipping. It's less than $4/yard
LucyPrairie
Connie, I called and spoke with Grey Metcalfe. He's the guy who does the wholesale orders. He even emailed me their wholesale price list. Really nice. Debbie-I'd never even considered an upholstery shop-thanks for the idea!
