rineps Posted April 27, 2014 Report Share Posted April 27, 2014 Hi my friends, As most of you know I'm a newbie with my Millie just about a month now. Question of the day: I am using So Fine thread and have brand new cones that I am practicing with. The thread when it comes off of several of my spools is getting hung up on the bottom of the spool and breaking and driving me batty. How do I stop this from happening? All advice is welcome! Busy Quilting Posted April 27, 2014 Report Share Posted April 27, 2014 Make sure the loop in the thread holder above the cone is directly over the centre of the cone, Also place a piece of folded batting in this loop to stop some of the thread lash..
