Jerri
Hello, I have worn a "groove" in the tenison spring - does anyone know where I can order another or do I have to order the whole unit? I will try and attach a picture but I'm not sure if it will work.... Thanks,

ramona-quilter
Jerri, I hope that you got instructions for replacing that little spring. I replaced mine on my first Ultimate I and it was like an iceberg. There is lots more to the spring that you cannot see. Be sure to take photos as you take it apart. As I recall, there are 5 or 6 pieces to the setup. Good luck and enjoy your vacation.
ffq-lar
Hi Jerri-- Any way you could use a crocus cloth or fine emery sandpaper to at least knock that groove down a bit so you can still quilt? I hate those forced vacations!!! Good luck. Linda R
